The process is completed “remotely”; i.e. all evidence is submitted electronically for verification by our assessors.
Once your assessor is satisfied with your application, you will receive confirmation of your accreditation, together with instructions for downloading the GREAT Hospitality logo.

Assessors will “manage” each business. This will take the form of monitoring on-line reviews, carrying out “mystery guest” telephone calls etc throughout the year to ensure standards are being maintained. Should concerns be raised, the business will be contacted so that these can be discussed.
The process will be continually updated to reflect changes and trends in the hospitality sector; these updates will be communicated to businesses as necessary
Participating businesses will have access to a helpline, should they have any issues they wish to discuss
Successful completion of the procedure enables the accredited business to display the GREAT Hospitality logo on its website for a year. This is linked to the GREAT Hospitality website so that website visitors can easily find an explanation as to what the logo stands for.
Participants receive a full report to assist in evaluating their progress each year.
